I grew up in the Appalachian mountains of Southwest Virginia, but call Oklahoma home now. I’m Mom to three amazing humans and married to one awesome retired military man, now college dean. We’ve been all over the world together on our military adventures; making friends, saying goodbye, logging countless days of deployments and countless memories along the way. I'm an Enneagram Type 2w3 and an introvert, but like a true Southern girl, I will talk your ear off for hours and probably share way too much. I will also jump head first into something new, like roller derby or half marathons. I love to travel, spend time with our family and Starbucks… way too much Starbucks!
