2023 OCPRA Awards

A few weeks ago, I made a decision to step away from my role as Director of Communications at Rose State College. I have missed focusing 100% on Michelle Lea Creative, the flexibility of balancing life and work, and being present with my husband and kids. It was a tough decision, but the right decision to take a step back to where I find the most joy.

I was happy to see that the marketing department entered a couple of the projects I worked on this past year into the Oklahoma College Public Relations Association’s (OCPRA) annual awards competition. The Rose State marketing department received great recognition by the association and I am extremely happy for their success. My two projects were recognized with a Grand Award and Excellence Award and it feels very nice to finish off my time with Rose State with these mentions.
